Loons in Wisconsin

One of the most memorable moments I always remember about northern Wisconsin is the call of the loons. It is sort of erie but also something you never forget. These birds may seem clumsy when trying to fly but their ability to move through the water when catching fish is amazing. Everytime I hear their call I think of many great times in northern Wisconsin and the lonely call of the loons.
